Job Description:

Recycling Production Technician

FULL-TIME

$24.20/hr

Pay starts at $22 per hour with an additional 10% shift differential.

- Start, operate, monitor, and shut down equipment according to specifications.
- Ensure daily operational goals are met while following health, safety, environmental, and quality regulations.
- Complete tasks using workplace organization and efficiency methods such as TPM and 6S.
- Follow Bills of Process (BOP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and Critical to Quality (CTQ) standards.
- Perform quality checks and complete required documentation accurately and on schedule.
- Diagnose process and equipment issues, perform minor repairs, and assist Maintenance as needed.
- Complete Production Operator reports and work orders with attention to detail.
- Work in a way that supports the team and aligns with company values.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Schedule

Shift start: 6:30PM
Shift length: 8 hours

  • Must pass drug screen (cannabis included) At least 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment required. Extrusion knowledge and experience preferred. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and how processing equipment functions. Experience using Microsoft Office Suite for basic data entry and reporting. Strong decision-making and analytical skills. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and adapt in a fast-paced 24/7 operation.
