Seeking individuals with 2+ years experience installing, programming, troubleshooting and maintaining articulating arm robots and end effectors and automation systems forconsumer product packaging operations.

Activities:

*** Visit customer facilities and install, tune, troubleshoot and provide continued maintenance to auxiliary robots attached to packaging machines.

*** Train machine operators on proper use of automation equipment including proper End of Arm Tooling changeovers.

*** Provide recommendations to upper level management and line managers on new equipment and ideal systems to facilitate efficient, quality production.

Requirements:

*** Previous Field Service position in industry, experience with pick and place robots a plus.

*** Ability to program and troubleshoot PLCs and ensure proper wiring connection to machinery.

*** Familiarity with troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems, knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic concepts a plus.

Starting compensation up to $120,000 per year with competitive hourly rates and plenty of overtime potential.
