Enablement Center. About AMEC New Albany, OH: AmplifyBio's
Manufacturing Enablement Center provides customizable cGMP suites
to enable advanced therapy manufacturing in a "hoteling model,"
traditional contract development and manufacturing (CDMO) or a
hybrid model. Partnering with AmplifyBio for manufacturing cell
therapy, gene therapy, mRNA, plasmid, or other modality is quite
different from a typical CDMO experience. The goal is to provide
flexible solutions customized to client needs while bringing full
expert partnership. At AmplifyBio drug developers will find an
innovation-rich ecosystem designed to advance a diverse range and
class of pharmaceutical products across development
stages.AmplifyBio is seeking to hire a Logistics Planner, (cGMP) to
join our growing team!!!The Logistics Planner is accountable for
driving results in a fast-paced environment by designing and
optimizing supply chain processes across planning, manufacturing,
and warehousing to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.What You'll
Do Here:
- Design and implement supply chain processes to optimize
efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with supply chain planning, manufacturing, and
warehousing teams to identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in the development of standard operating procedures
(SOPs) for supply chain processes.
- Analyze current supply chain processes and recommend
enhancements to improve performance.
- Implement process improvements across the entire supply chain;
coordinating with both internal and external partners as
needed.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related
to supply chain operations.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry
standards.
- Provide training and support to team members on new processes
and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain
activities with business objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to
continuously improve supply chain processes.
- This role will also serve as a primary back up to the Material
Planner role.We Would Love to Hear from You If:
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or Supply Chain
Management.
- 4+ years of experience in production planning, materials
planning, supply chain process design, and/or related
experience.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical raw materials planning, production
processes, & quality control.
- Working knowledge of cGMP/FDA regulated industry.
- Ability to interact well with internal and external
customers.
- Excellent communication and analytics skills.
- Experience with NetSuite and/or Prendio is a plus.
- Ability to work in a small, high growth company and a
