- Support: You won't be alone, you'll have BCBAs, Teacher
Assistants, and other professionals to partner and collaborate

- Work Schedule: This role works Monday to Thursday 7:45 am to
4:30 pm and Friday 7:45 am to 3:15 pm
- Pay: You get paid the same rate for all hours worked and no

- Empower Student Success: Support and enhance the educational
and behavioral goals of all students, with a special focus on those
with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)."
- Therapeutic Excellence: Deliver direct therapy to assigned
clients.
- Student Development: Run programs as prescribed by the
treatment plan and by your supervisor.
- Effective Support Plans: Implement behavior support plans to
ensure consistent and positive behavioral outcomes for our
students, promoting their well-being and success in various
environments.
- Stay Ahead: Engage in ongoing professional development and
continuing education to stay current with best practices."
- Build Relationships: Establish and maintain strong, supportive
relationships with parents and external professionals." We'd love
to hear from you if you meet any of the following qualifications:
- A Registered Behavior Technician with a valid certificate
- Have an Associates Degree or equivalent (48 semester
hours)
