The Project Coordinator will be a key member in our operations team
by supporting our Lead Technicians and Project Managers with
project administrative duties. This position does not require
industry experience but does require a strong work ethic and
organizational skills.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
--- Assist Leads and Project Managers with day-to-day project
administrative functions.
--- Maintain and monitor project plans, project schedules,
timecards, work hours, budgets, and expenditures
--- Organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder
meetings
--- Document and follow up on important actions and decision from
meetings
--- Prepare necessary presentation materials for meetings
--- Ensure project deadlines are met
--- Provide administrative support as needed
--- Developing project strategies with the Lead Technician,
Superintendent, and Project Manager
--- Ensure projects adhere to requirements and all documentation is
maintained appropriately for each project
--- Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where
applicable
--- Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute
minutes to all project team members
--- Coordinate, manage, and make travel arrangements for
technicians traveling to the project
--- Create the teams, develop the objectives/goals of each and
assign individual responsibilities
--- Perform project accounting functions including managing the
budget, tracking team expenses and minimizing exposure and risk to
the project.
--- Order, track, sort, inventory, and receive materials
--- Track labor production to ensure milestones are met
--- Collaborates with the entire organization
--- Primary liaison between Project Manager and Lead
Technicians
--- Submit access requests for employees and testers
--- Manage all test results and maintain them in the project's
as-built folder.

QUALIFICATIONS
--- Minimum 5 years' experience.
--- 2 years of experience on construction projects.
--- Excellent communication skills.
--- Proficient with Microsoft Office
--- Good understanding of building networks.
--- Ability to plan and organize a team effort.
--- Good client management and building goodwill.
--- Capacity to motivate, lead and boost morale of teams.
--- Effective time management and logical decision-making
ability.
--- Strong focus on quality and safety.
