Position Overview:
As the -Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and management of the facility, ensuring high-quality resident care, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency.   Minimum of -2-5 years of leadership experience -in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility.
  
  
• 
  Strong knowledge of federal and state regulations.

  Proven ability to manage budgets and financial operations effectively.

  Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
