Key Responsibilities
Monitor therapist performance and provide feedback to ensure
adherence to best practices
Develop resources and lead initiatives to enhance therapist
capabilities and patient care
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure therapist success
and improve performance metrics
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant; clinical
data background is a plus
Positive, self-motivated attitude with a strong drive to
succeed
Proficient in G-Suite (Google Docs, Google Sheets)
Eagerness to learn, implement feedback, and continuously improve
skills
