This is not your typical PTA role; its a unique hybrid position that promises variety, challenge, and the chance to make a significant impact in the lives of our patients and your career.Responsibilities:What Sets This Role Apart:Collaborative Caseload Management - Work alongside two experienced Physical Therapists (PTs), managing a partial caseload of 4 -6 visits per day. Your role extends beyond treatment; its about crafting a seamless, positive experience for every patient.Beyond Treatment - Youre not just treating patients; youre part of their journey. Assist in documenting sessions in our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, building lasting relationships, and maintaining their schedules to ensure a high completion rate of treatment plans.Adaptability in Action - Flexibility is key.
