TravelNurseNetwork is working with ICONMA, L.L.C. to find a qualified Stepdown RN in Dayton, Ohio, 45401 About The Position Our Client, a Healthcare company, is looking for a Registered Nurse - Step down for their Dayton, OH location. Responsibilities: Be sure this is added to the application prior to submitting in order to avoid delay. Also note, ICU exp does not count towards SD/PCU exp at this facility, therefore, you MUST have SD/PCU experience to be considered. Unit is trialing team nursing where two nurses and a PCT partner together to care for a group of patients. The goal of this model is to divide the work and not the patients ultimately, improving both the workload and patient care. During this trial, nurses may function in either team nursing or primary nursing depending on the status of the trial. Requirements: Their application MUST show some 1:5 ratio experience in the Work History section for SD or PCU, otherwise, the managers will not review it. Targeted patient ratios are 1:4, but they can be up to 1:5-6 Pass an online EKG tele competency assessment before starting the assignment. BLS, ACLS required- must be able to read and interpret strips Must have Vent experience Nurses will be fitted for N95 prior to working on the HRRU unit unless PAPR is offered/needed. 1.5 years exp and some level 1 or 2 preferred Why Should You Apply?
