Position SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to serve as our Vice President of Strategy. In this key executive role, you will drive strategic growth initiatives aligned with CHI Living Communities' long-term vision. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the senior living industry, exceptional business acumen, and a proven ability to lead cross-functional strategic planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities


Shape and Drive Strategy: Build and execute a visionary strategic plan fueled by market insights and growth opportunities.


Accelerate Market Expansion: Identify new markets and champion innovative senior care models that lead the industry.


Unite and Align Teams: Foster cross-functional collaboration across CHI Living Communities and CommonSpirit to accelerate strategic initiatives.


Lead with Expertise: Stay ahead of industry trends and launch impactful programs that position us for long-term success.


Communicate with Impact: Deliver clear, compelling strategies that inspire confidence and mobilize leadership and stakeholders.


Qualifications

• 
  
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field required.
  
• Senior living leadership experience across Skilled Nursing (SNF), Assisted Living (AL), Memory Care (MC), and Independent Living (IL) is required.
  
• Demonstrated success in strategic planning, market analysis, and business model innovation within a healthcare or senior living setting.
  
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  
• A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to CHI Living Communities' mission and core values of Compassion, Inclusion, Integrity, Excellence, and Collaboration.
