Position SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to serve as our Vice President of Strategy. In this key executive role, you will drive strategic growth initiatives aligned with CHI Living Communities' long-term vision. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the senior living industry, exceptional business acumen, and a proven ability to lead cross-functional strategic planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning: Lead the creation and execution of a comprehensive strategic plan informed by market research, competitive analysis, and growth forecasting.
  
• Market Expansion: Identify opportunities to enter new markets and recommend innovative senior care delivery models.
  
• Cross-Divisional Collaboration: Work collaboratively with teams across CHI Living Communities and CommonSpirit—including operations, marketing, and finance—to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
  
• Industry Expertise: Stay current with trends in senior living, population health, and value-based care, while overseeing the successful implementation of new programs and initiatives.
  
• Communication & Leadership: Present complex strategic information clearly to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
  
  Qualifications
  
  • 
    
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field required.
    
  • Senior living leadership experience across Skilled Nursing (SNF), Assisted Living (AL), Memory Care (MC), and Independent Living (IL) is required.
    
  • Demonstrated success in strategic planning, market analysis, and business model innovation within a healthcare or senior living setting.
    
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
