General ManagerDayton, OH area$110,000 - $140,00028618Due to growth, our client is currently searching for a General Manager. You will be able to utilize your technical mind to solve problems, increase profits, and move the company forward in the right direction.Main duties include:

• Oversee and direct the work of the rubber extrusion and finishing operation
• Develop and implement strategic plans to improve production, reduce waste, and enhance productivity
• Manage quality control, personnel, safety compliance, and cost optimization
• Ensure products meet customer specifications and industry standards
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Lead, train, and develop production teams, supervisors, and other personnel
• Develop and manage budgets
• Monitor KPI'sQualifications include:
• B.S. degree in engineering, manufacturing, or business management is required
• Work experience in rubber extrusion or rubber finishing is required
• Prior leadership/management experience in high-volume/fast-paced manufacturing
• Strong communication and leadership ability
• Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office
