Role:Solution Architect, Corporate Performance Management (OneStream)Location:

• Clearsulting is headquartered in Cleveland, OH, with additional offices located in Chicago, IL; Columbus, OH; and Dallas, TX. Other cities are welcome remotely.
• Office Options: Hybrid or Remote. Team members residing within a 45 minute commuting radius of a Clearsulting office, we expect 8 days of in-person work per month, allowing flexibility choosing these days to accommodate client meetings, team syncs and individual schedules.

    • Work as part of a team of problem solvers with strong CPM/EPM consulting experience to help finance and accounting executives at multi-billion-dollar companies solve complex problems, from strategy to execution.
    • Work with leadership to develop new capabilities, and support project teams in the delivery of high-quality project outcomes for your clients.
    • Lead full scope of leading practice System Development Lifecycle activities - functional and technical requirements, solution design, interface and system build, testing cycles, training, and deployment.
    • Lead conversations with Finance leaders and CFOs regarding their strategic agenda for CPM/EPM and provide meaningful insights.
    • Provide CPM/EPM subject matter expertise to client engagements, involving assessment, finance transformation, vendor selections, and implementations.
    • Provide mentorship and help develop senior consultants and analysts on the team.
    • Experience with multiple full-lifecycle OneStream implementations.What You'll Bring:
      • Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field of study, information technology, or engineering.
      • 6+ years of OneStream CPM/EPM implementation experience.
      • Knowledge of the CPM/EPM landscape and technologies such as OneStream, Oracle Hyperion, SAP, Anaplan, etc.
      • People Management experience.
      • OneStream Certifications.
      • Experience working for a consulting firm and/or in the professional services industry.
      • Effective organizational skills and ability to effectively manage multiple and competing priorities.
      • Technical knowledge across full OneStream functionality; financial consolidation, budgeting and forecasting, reporting, allocations, reconciliations, etc.Nice-to-Haves:
